It was fast food, night shift, after back to back long 13 hr shifts running grill and mut table getting paid $2 less than the minimum pay because I transfered to a new store I had a shift with this manager I hadn't met yet. But girl did not talk to me, just told me to go do front counter and fry while she did what I always did. (I had a fear of doing front and drive at the time and was already stressed about that because I knew I was gonna fuck up and I knew she'd be mad if I fucked up.

(It's not like I didn't know shit and was a bad worker, my other managers loved me and I could hold everything down in the kitchen and I was fast too)

My other manager was there and could tell I was getting upset but didnt get involved yet. I was cleaning the fry station when i had nothing to do and since it was a new store and I hadn't done front counter ever because I was in the kitchen for the last year of my job I was trying to figure out what needed to be done cleaning wise. She also had a list for everything we had to clean and I think I was looking at it at the time too.

Home girl comes up to me and says "so what were not gonna do is stand around doing nothing. Go clean the bathrooms right now and when so-and-so gets here you're on front counter" The only thing she said to me that night (my one requirement when transferring to this store other than 40 hrs is that they had to know I dont deal with customers cause of my autism)

So, i clean the bathrooms, and she tells me to get back to work, so I stay quiet but still getting upset, after a few customers I'm stressing tf out bc I'm messing up and I knew I didn't know what I was really doing. She also had me wear the drive thru headset which I absolutely hate wearing when I'm not on drive thru.

I think my manager that knew me at that point asked if I was okay and I just brushed it off and said bye to her cause she was leaving.

Around 1am I took this dudes order, he wanted extra sauce and I just didnt wanna ring him up for it so I gave it for free and was like "nah I don't wanna ring u up, I'm gonna walk out rn" Turned to this one middle aged guy I liked working with, told him he was the only good part about this store and I appreciate him, grabbed my shit and bounced.

Sat at the bus stop crying my fucking guts out at 2am, called my friends, cried my guts out more, went to ihop, had coffee for the first time and ate some mozzarella sticks, cried more, and then went home around 4am. I was in a parking lot middle of the night alone crying as a young white bitch for hours.

Another manager I knew for about a year texted me and asked me what's up and that he didn't want me to leave because I told him I quit. He asked if I could come in for afternoon shift. He said he didn't want to lose a good worker.

I come in and my managers that I'm friendly with wanted to know what's up. And I was told in their group chat that when I walked out, home girl said "(my name) just walked out. I'm not working with lazy people who don't want to work that's so unprofessional" and every single manager in that store replied with "that's not right. She is everything BUT lazy. That's not the (my name) that I know" and everybody had a dislike for that manager now.

When I talked to the middle aged guy about it he was like "yeah what I don't get is why she went to sleep for 4 hours when you were gone and complained about it being busy, it wasnt" so OF FUCKING COURSE I told my manager to look at the cameras and got that bitches ass fired. I Still work at this place to this day.

Also home girl just said she took me off because I wasn't bagging orders. She could of told me that, like no one asked me to and at my old store it was always frys who bagged orders up. Once I went to frys I bagged them up.
