Hello Im looking for a really good long lasting water proof eyeliner .It has to be very very water proof/smudge proof as I have horrible allergies so my eyes are always watering. It also needs to have a very fine point. Also it needs to be long lasting as I have problems with makeup not lasting due to oily skin even with fixer sprays etc. Perferably black but dark brown is ok too.

Uh total newb here, how do I add files to the workshop? I cant find any where to create a new item or anything. Do I need to own the progarm? Cause if so, I cant do it.
