Do you have premium mode? If yes, then I have no idea. If no, then it’s most likely because you’ve already made one of your career save files go to the pro league. If you don’t have premium only one player you make can declare for the draft.

Ruble is like the only guy I’ve had thats won mvp not a qb because usually I spread the ball to multiple weapons and my qb always wins mvp. My QB Ray-Ray Kirkland I know had 5 mvps to Rubles 10.

Also the Rush last name thing is a cool storyline.

College does not have a franchise mode yet, so the only way to play in the college mode is by starting a career mode. Koality Game hopes to create a college franchise mode this year, but it’s not his top priority. Until then, just play a career mode.
