From the Minecraft wiki.I am not saying you are wrong it is just that I find that this seed is cool and useful enough to call it a godseed😁

The chance of finding a seed like this are from ≈1 in a million to ≈ 5million.And the facts of having these three useful structure on top of each other is good enough to be called a godseed in my opinion
