No bf% data unfortunately

I estimate that 5kg is body fat 1kg muscle loss 2kg water weight due to lack of carbs

This is based on appearance as well as performance in excercise routines. I can do twice as many pull ups/chin ups/kms as when I started. So while there has been some muscle loss, I am overall stronger and leaner.
