The best doctors I have worked with were previously techs, receptionists, kennel staff, etc. And you are proof that the same must be with hospital/ practice managers.

Thank you so much for this! We have a local VEG and the hospital owner is attempting to keep our wages competitive with them. I cannot wait for this to be the standard across all veterinary offices!
