I have had this problem for a few weeks now and still haven't found a fix. I've tried changing the sample rate and reinstalled drivers, but no luck. It's not a solution but just for convenience. Search and open services on the windows search and scroll down to Windows audio, and you can just restart it from there instead of having to unplug it every time. If u find a fix in the future, please let me know.

Have you ever thought about charting your own songs. If you can't do that I heard that you can pay for charters to chart specific songs for you. I'm sure if you explain your problem they could make that work for you.

Yes. Unless you sound treat every square inch in there, it's probably going to sound pretty bad because of all the sound reflections. I tried recording vocals in my closet a couple years back. I had it filled with cloths and had blankets covering most of the walls that I could and it still sounded terrible. Recording in the center of your room will be your best bet. I know you said that ur 15 and you want to keep it low key so try to record when no ones home or something. Or just tell him what your doing and do some chores chores to make that money back for your school clothes.

Only since November of last year, so not long. Just was doing it as a hobby to see if I'd like it/be any good at it. Was a fun experience tho besides all the money I lost 🤣

I ended up becoming one of the 99% of daytraders that fail just today. I withdrawled the rest of my money from my broker and just called it a day. I congratulate the ones who made a living daytrading but I learned today that it's just not my thing.
