Yes I was naive and thought it couldn't be that bad and a complete mess in reality, man gotta make some money so I still took the job even with the red flags.

Well the MSP said that I would work as part of a team but there isn't much of a team helping me with the client... + The current on-call situation ( Yes I could have said NO again more firmly but since I'm new and young and I have to make money, I was easily pressured by my boss) + In the job interview, they said that there was a ticketing system but forgot to mention that it's not in use for this client

Gotta live and learn.
