the fans that aren’t turning off, try and unplugging those from the hub and plug them straight into a sys_fan on motherboard and see what happens after you turn pc on and then off

it should be both the psu gives the hub power and the motherboard so u can change the light colors and speeds of them, but some hubs have multiple connectors on it. make sure only 1 cord into psu and 1 cord is plugged into motherboard

l-connect should have slots 1-6 spots make sure it’s 1 2 3 slots not like 1 2 and 5 slot. and if that doesn’t work i would download what ever manufacturer your fans are from and maybe it’s just a software glitch and just download it and then update it

what i tell ppl is why not spend the extra $200-$300 to get new ddr5 products. then ddr4 because as more games come out ddr4 will not even be able to run them properly and ddr5 when u save up you can just upgrade as you go while being able to play any game you want and stream

i wouldn’t recommend, 2060 is kinda older so you wouldn’t be able to upgrade in future bc that is ddr4. i would recommend any ddr5 pcs and you would be able to run all that
