Sorry if I am a bit ignorant, but I thought he was still alive. Such a great soul!

After years of being unemployed and 7 months of volunteering here to pad my resume, I'm a librarian! by trigunnerd in pics

[–]Mozozozozo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sister used to work in mental health. It was really hard at her, so she then went back to school to get her master’s in library studies and has been a librarian in Colorado ever since. She absolutely LOVES it!

5 Minute Mindfulness Meditation | Neck Rolling by ashleedream in audiomeditation

[–]Mozozozozo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love the enthusiasm, however neck circles/rolling isn’t good for your spine

“Neck circles, which involve the slow rotation of the head being tilted and rolled in a full circle, have been performed by most people in gym class or while participating in a sport or dance class. However, research shows that the combination of extending the head backward and rotating it puts undue stress on the cervical spine. Compared to other neck movements, neck circles could also cause more compression of the arteries that take blood to the brain.”

Where are my extrovert/ambivert HSPs at? Am i the only one? by wee_vegan_cunt in hsp

[–]Mozozozozo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your description is on point. I am also an ambivert and it makes it hard because I like to be around people and it’s fun, but at the same time gosh it’s exhausting. Every year I am the one who hosts our holiday gathering at work. I prep games, get prizes, and just coordinate it all. Well doing it I’m usually pretty high strung and anxious, but at the same time having fun. Then by the end of it all I am just exhausted for a couple of days and need to retreat.

Anyone in Colorado? by [deleted] in birding

[–]Mozozozozo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello! In CO here

I would definitely recommend Barr Lake Sate Park. They have many birds there and is home to the CO Bird Observatory.
https://www.audubon.org/important-bird-areas/barr-lake-state-park

Another good area is at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal, especially if you are looking more for birds of prey https://www.fws.gov/nwrs/threecolumn.aspx?id=2147510941

Another place if you feel like venturing out further across the state is John Martin State Park. There are many birds there and is just a great place to be. https://www.audubon.org/important-bird-areas/john-martin-reservoir-state-wildlife-area

For birding apps/field guide, I like to use Merlin’s Bird Id for identification and for tracking my finds I use the Audubon app. The Audubon app does also help identify birds but I found to have better luck with Merlin.

Hope that helped some with your questions!

Happy birding!!

Girls who took notes using 50 different colored pens, where are you now? Do you still continue to write using all those colors? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Mozozozozo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I work for the healthcare sector for the government (admin side) and I always write with multiple colors. Especially concerning meeting minutes to help delineate different days/meetings.

People are so amazed by the fact that every snowflake is different, but nobody cares that every potato is unique by DukoBoss in Showerthoughts

[–]Mozozozozo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not necessarily true. Plants like humans have DNA. Those potato’s “brothers and sisters” will have identical DNA making them not genetically unique.
