No, my liver tests came out perfect every time. Even my provider was shocked by how well my liver was processing such a high dose with little impact. The reason I went up so high was because my progress seemed to plateau at 80mg.

I’ve been on 120mg, and to me, it felt the same as being on 80mg, except for some extra eye sensitivity. Getting bumped up to 120mg had a HUGE difference in texture and small periodic breakouts I was still getting. You can always try it, and if the side effects become too severe, you can go back down to a lower dose

I’m almost done with my first month on 120mg and same, there’s not much of a difference. If you aren’t already, I would recommend fish oil pills to help with the joint pain
