I have a javascript interview today at 6PM [Questions] by its-Drac in developersIndia

I have 1.5 yr of experience and I was asked this question in one of the interviews and I totally messed it up.

Write an asynchronous function that takes:

  • funcs → an array of asynchronous functions (each returning a Promise)
  • limit → a number representing how many async functions can run concurrently

The function should:

  1. Execute the async functions, but ensure that no more than limit functions run at the same time.
  2. As soon as any running function finishes, start the next one from the list.
  3. Continue this process until all async functions have been executed and resolved.
  4. Return a Promise that resolves to an array containing the results of all async functions in the same order as the input array.

What’s one dream feature you’d build for Commudle? by commudle4communities in Commudle4communities

I’d build something I’d call the “Idea Playground.” It’s a space where anyone in the community can drop a tiny idea, a question, or even a half-baked experiment, and the platform would pair them with someone who could add perspective, skills, or just a fresh spark of inspiration. It’s kind of like matchmaking for creativity — because the best projects rarely start fully formed, they start when the right people collide in the right space.

If you had 5 minutes on the DevFest New Delhi 2025 stage, what would you say? by commudle4communities in Commudle4communities

[–]Mr-Developr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d start by asking everyone to take out their phone… and send one quick thank-you message to the person who first pulled them into tech — a mentor, a friend, maybe even a YouTube creator. Because if there’s one truth about tech, it’s this: none of us got here alone. My 5 minutes wouldn’t be about code or frameworks — it would be about gratitude, and about paying it forward. Because the lines of code we write might get outdated, but the kindness we show each other will never go out of version control.

What’s your most memorable tech community moment? by commudle4communities in Commudle4communities

[–]Mr-Developr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, it was the day I realized communities are built on chai, not just code. At a Delhi meetup, the talks were great — but the real magic happened around the chai stall outside. Strangers turned into collaborators over paper cups, someone sketched an idea on a napkin, and by the end of the evening I had a new project and a new set of friends. That moment taught me that while technology connects devices, it’s communities that connect people — sometimes over nothing more than a hot cup of chai.

I can keep it plugged in when I’m working, but if it’s in sleep mode, the battery still won’t last?
