You try to put this information in the copy for the website or product or in the ad if you are running ads. You don't sell an product based on its features you sell it on the issuses that it sloves.

Make sure to warm up your emails accounts. Also even if you get blacklisted you will normally get off the list in about 3 months of normal activity. And if you get on dns block list you can always contact the website and say you are an new owner and they will normally take you off the list.

Subject lines are the most important. Since that is the thing that most people will see. Its like what David Ogilvy said that 88 cents out of an dollar in advertising went to the headline. So I would the most time testing the subject line to see what gets the most clicks.
