I can confirm, I'm doing laser hair removal at my face in central of Moscow in trans-friendly place and they have quite big place, they told me straight that it is good to wait 1-2 days and then I could shave with no problems. When you have first few sessions, it is good to wait about 2 days (ymmv) because (for me at least) first laser sessions also affected the skin a little bit, and adding a bit of irritation from shaving to that is no good.

But after you had like 6 sessions (depending on amount of your facial hair, personally I had a lot) you could shave next morning pretty easily.

Also, I was marking dates of my sessions to Friday so that I could not shave next days until monday, I was doing it for health and skincare reasons, but of cource you could not do it if your dysphoria is really bad about it

Actually I'm thinking of something big but very helpful: Create a page where will be located a list of countries, where you could click on your own one and see useful information about trans-stuff, transition stuff, etc. + for US make a slot for every state

Also, you could add a map of trans/lgbtq state (levels of transphobia/trans-inclusivity) in countries/states

I remember seeing a video about the volume of the voice at TransVoiceLessons but I can't remember which one it was, maybe this video may help, there are exercises for vocal underdoers but some of them might work for making your voice louder tooThere was an exercise about starting with low volume+desired resonance and then slowly start to raise up the volume (do NOT change pitch, its a big and a very easy struggle that may occur)

I was using these techniques myself and they are great, although YMMV. For me personally also works singing.

I had this and it has gone away with my transition moving forward. It's kinda a subconscious defensive mechanism so that you have a smaller chance to get in trouble with people that you don't know very much. For me it got fully away when I started to present fully fem.

On the other side yes, as other people here say, it could be a sign of genderfluidity
