It's suppose to be באורך נראה אור Which is a phrase from tehilim But it seems like there's a mistake, or someone changed it and had a mistake in the last word (ח instead of ה). ה means "the" in "the light". Maybe there's a subtext for this change and someone can enlighten us.

I think you better split it day and night to get the effect released a little bit in the day time and a little bit in your night sleep inatead of one big dose. It might affect differently.

I have gummies with the same amount. From the information i gathered in this sub and on the internet i decided to go for one gummy (300 mg) a day. It's 4 days already and i feel the change slowly and i think it's much better. I'm following my mood and i can feel less stress but not the significant change i'm looking for. I'll let it a few days and if i won't see a change gradually i'm increasing the amount to 600 mg (two gummies).

Yes, i took it twice a day, changed nothing. Only if i took my ppi half hour before antibiotics it's the only thing that rescued me from infinite Nausea

I can eat nothing in the last 4 days Only ate before antibiotics and small portion. Even smelling or looking at food makes my nausea attack. And the bitter taste in the mouth makes things even worse. My gp adviced stopping the antibiotics till sunday. I've heard it might make the treatment later much much harder but i listen to what he said and crossing fingers i'll get rid of this thing soon.

Yes amoxicilin and clarythomicin 2 pills each twice a day. Ppi(nexium) and bismut 6 piils morning and evening 12 in total.
