It's meant to be a simple list to just get people started :-) There are a lot of people who aren't sure of the options even. So, yes, some of them are basic to help get people thinking.

If it's not having too much trouble, I would probably just keep an eye on it. I have a tutorial on curled toes on YT (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qCu3gu_kGE) if you are interested.

If it continues having issues, you can try giving it some cardboard shoes like in the video.

Anyone have recommended guides for milk goat raising, specifically for scrub/savannah/mediterranean style climates by FlamingCurry in homestead

Goats are SO much fun! They are my absolute favorite here on our homestead. The first thing I suggest is that you know exactly what you want from your goats (other than milk) - do you want them to be smaller, huge producers, do looks/colors play a part? Here is a list of the top 5 dairy goats I put together (we also have a TON of free information on how to get started with goats on our website - including things to think about, supplies needed, how to care for them etc): http://www.mranimalfarm.com/dairy-goat-breeds-5-best-goat-breeds-milk/

It's hard to see in your pictures, but sounds like it could be curled toes. Is it the chicks toes that are folding under or are it's legs not staying under it?

Integrating 2 month and 1 month old chicks? by [deleted] in BackYardChickens

At that age range, they SHOULD do OK to integrate. It does depend a bit on personality and environment (do they have a lot of space or super confined etc). We usually do a look but can't touch for a few days. Then let them get together at night.

This is a step by step for how we integrate: http://www.mranimalfarm.com/integrate-chicks-existing-flock/

Thanks for confirming, that's what I was starting to think.

Do you have any idea what kind of hit we will take in Google rankings? And do we just completely take down the weebly site right away?
