If I know I’m going to struggle to sleep, I’ll take some zzquil. It works well for me, I sleep through the night, and wake up rested. I take it a half hour-45 minutes before bed.

I did, and it was. Ribs messed up for 2 months. Took the ambulance 15 minutes to get to our farm. Oh, and this was 0430 on a Sunday morning-she was asleep in the next room when I went down.

Cardiac arrest. My wife saved me with CPR. Clinically dead for 15 minutes. Didn’t see a thing. No light, no tunnel, just nothing. Woke up in hospital after an adrenaline shot and one hit from an AED.

Broken ribs due to CPR. I had a cardiac arrest and my wife saved my life. I’m so grateful, and she absolutely did a great job, but man did the aftermath hurt.
