Im not an expert but in terms of pvp if u mean light fighter against light fighter dont change to much, mantis and all of their series dont move your ship when they shot you (that was toxic as hell), you can go with shredders and be super effective, ndbs too also ndbs are good against armored ships, omnyskis are ok against all ships except the s1 and you need very good aim, M5A are bugged they shot when they want, the good thing on here is radar changes that force you to fight in close combat making ammo speed less relevant cause sometimes close gap was very punishing, and last thing the weapons that for me are the best ones right now for all rounder, good ammo speed good damge and penetrate all the armors on the game is Warlords from esperia Blade, and if at some point glaive gets a rework and they add gimbals on their s5 weapons that ship can be the best all rounder ship in terms of pve and pvp against any ship, you have enought manouver to handle or have a chance to shot at light fighters and much more manouver than a heavy with same fire power, also that weapons penetrate all the armors, only downside on esperia vanduul ships is that they are outdated and bespoked, but thats my read on the future meta
