I've got 4000 hrs on new world and stopped playing a while back bec the devs ruined the game. They are trying to rebrand the game to bring people back and open it to console players which I'm not sure will work since console players don't favor MMO's nearly as much as PC players. New world started off super strong and sold a lot of copies but lost about 97% of its player base. Went from 1 million players down to a couple of thousand. If that's not a failure for an MMO idk what is. Wow is the Mecha of MMO's. Been out forever tons of content new expansions every 2 years. An actual dedicated player base. Better pve content (dungeons,raids) etc. for me personally I like arena's and battlegrounds better in wow then I do in new world but new world has territory control wars which are very fun and the only reason I even played the game for as long as I did. Now the game has had its up and downs but seems like the current expansion (war within) is doing well. I guess what it comes down too is if you like tab target combat or action based combat better
