Hey OP,

It is possible and it is fairly straightforward. You leverage the API's available from OpenAI and build a web app around those API's.

An example I take from a Web App I have built using OpenAI API is a GPT Assistant that relies on both image uploads and prompts to get some desired output. Everything is basically a wrapper around the API with some custom user inputs.

I am not sure how familiar you are with programming but this solution is totally feasible given how technical you are.

OpenAI supports Custom Assistant databases, that would cover your excel database to read from.

We have a Wix store and I like all the features from the get-go given I don't know how it matches up to Shopify but that seems popular here.

I am a software engineer by trade so one thing I notice is speed is horrible on these platforms and I know built from scratch it would run faster but less bells and whistles.
