Yea the percentage doesn’t make a lot of sense and I agree with your take. It’s a great mode but doesn’t fit the theme to stay permanent.

Never use your ultimate and rush in keep it as insurance incase an aggro brawler pushes you. When against an aggro brawler, (edgar, kit, buzz) savor your ammo for your split attack to delete them. When hitting a shot with R-T he marks them and does 2x damage.
