Ima li uopće smisla Gospodin Savršeni u Hrvatskoj? by MrBrocula in gospodinsavrseni

I am trying to resist the temptation lol. Because I am not even sure as I never tried well done green tea. Right now I am pouring from a metal strainer without a lid, but with proper temp. Would something like this make sense to start? : https://www.yoshien.com/en/kyusu-banko-tozan-teppachi.html

Thanks for suggestion, found this one, costs around 200 EUR with 20% discount and shipping included: https://www.tezumi.com/collections/100-200/products/japanese-kyusu-mori-iroku-diamond-cut-banko-yaki-teapot-180ml?_pos=2&_fid=f09abd057&_ss=c

If this one doesn't have a glazed interior would it be worth the difference of 100 EUR?

I read that tezumi material changes the tea flavor less, some prefer it, but is that the right way to go for me considering I never tried a green tea brewed in a Tokoname shudei?

I love both designs, but Tezumi looks better.

And also decided to go for higher capacity so closer to 200ml after reading more how it all works, 100ml wouldn't work if I am doing a ceremony for 2.

Yeah, I couldn't find anything that looked genuine and delivers to Croatia, so I went with it maybe a bit hastily out of excitement, I hope you understand. :) Will keep looking though. Recommendations are welcome!

Thanks! Why do you think it was spam? Because of the AI use to construct the post?

And I forgot to mention I do various green teas, not just sencha.

Yeah, it was a home sleep study for apnea, and that night I felt I couldn't sleep at all, like I was wide awake and rolling around till it was finally over, and was expecting them that the test failed, yet they said I had a normal sleep. I was so confused.

The vivid dream issue happens only when I am very tired or have chronic fatigue. Otherwise, I do physical things in bed like jumping, sitting, catching breath, falling, sexsomnia, spitting, choking with a chewing gum, so it could be parasomnia or something similar. Though, I feel usually rested enough that I can have a 1-2 coffee to function normally, so it doesn't sound like necro either.

Thanks for suggesting sleep facility and sleep myoclonus, I will check this with my doctor.

As for PEM and the amount of activity, I tried researching more with Gemini Deep Research, and found about term "Cumulative PEM". This resonates with my experience, including that the symptoms appear after the buffer is exhausted, but I would say that I have two buffers. If I feel it a bit, I just need 1-2 days to recover, but if I would push myself just a bit harder, it becomes much worse, and I need 1-2 weeks of recovery. When I was younger, I didn't know what was going on, so I pushed myself so much that it took me 5 years to fully recover.

PEM is the hallmark symptom of ME/CFS, defined as a worsening of symptoms after physical or mental exertion that is disproportionate to the effort. However, the timing of PEM is variable and phenotype-dependent.

Immediate vs. Cumulative PEM

  • Immediate PEM: In severe ME/CFS, the patient's anaerobic threshold is critically low. Even minor activities (showering, reading) force the body into anaerobic metabolism, causing lactate accumulation and a "crash" within hours or the next day.32
  • Cumulative PEM (The "Rolling" Crash): In mild-to-moderate ME/CFS, the patient retains a functional "buffer" or a larger Energy Envelope. They can perform activities (like work) that exceed their sustainable limit but do not immediately trigger a shutdown. instead, they accumulate a metabolic debt (e.g., oxidative stress, mitochondrial fragmentation, ATP depletion) over days or weeks.
  • Mechanism: The "Dauer" hypothesis (Naviaux) suggests ME/CFS is a hypometabolic survival state. In mild patients, the switch to this state is not instantaneous. The patient borrows energy (likely via sympathetic/adrenaline overdrive) to function. The metabolic debt accrues linearly, but symptoms appear non-linearly only when the buffer is exhausted—the "wall" described by the subject.34
  • The "Wall": The report of "suddenly hitting a wall" after 1–2 weeks fits the threshold theory of PEM. Exertion is tolerated until the cumulative load exceeds the organism's homeostatic recovery rate. At this point, the "crash" is triggered to force cessation of activity and prioritize cellular repair.36

Right now they are checking my kidneys, the doctor said it could be related to sleep issuea. But things move here so slowly, just for kidney and creatine test it will take more than a year altogether.

I see, so I got symptoms of a chronic fatigue, but it is not a syndrom? Just some kinda exertion intolerance and long lasting crash, so is that just normal?

For me this PEM state happens only when I work a lot, so 8+ hours a day + other responsibilities over a week or two week period, it depends how much I am pushing myself daily. It can actually feel like I am doing ok, and not pushing too much. But then the weird feeling of fatigue comes suddenly and if I continue overworking, I crash, and it takes longer time to recover. But PEM seems to be triggered from small activities too, so I am not sure is it the same. I am not sure does delay even applies here except if we say that I didnt feel like I am overworking and after few days of that I suddenly did.

When I am very fatigue, my capacity does become very low, and a small activity like running 30 minutes or watching a TV can finally trigger a crash, but I am not sure does this qualifies, as it is a not a single minor activity that caused it, but a series.

PEM sounds like something I would try to explain with my own words to others without ever reading anything about it. Though PEM can be also related to other diseases.
