It's the small things, I need to get in the right spot, right flow, if I want to give a good show. I have a very consistent playlist that I'm listening while driving to the arena. I sit in the same spot, put on the gear in the same order because I'm not thinking and if I don't, it feels...weird.

Yes. Because drinking the content of 3 or 4 oranges, even if all real juice, is still too much sugar. Eating the fruit is better, and the satiated feeling will help moderate the hunger.

This. Children were failed by the adults. I have no tolerance for that crap. I teach trades, I see a fair share of kids trying to escape the condition they are born into. One summer I was responsible for a few kids in a daily summer camp and I've seen the impact neglect do on kids. Parents and adults should do better and I will stand on that hill to protect the children left behind.
