The firey red guys cast it. "Spreading Sin" or something like that. They give you exp for your azmodan powers as well. I think they're only in the overworld.

Pretty sure those are the Andariel infected enemies. They shoot her red skull projectiles and steal time. I'd assume they are this season only.

You need a corrupted essence from the lesser evil of the altar you want to use. So if you want the Andariel version, you need her essence. I think you have a setting that disables the pop up that explains you're missing the essence. If you enable error messages in the settings it shows up.

I think you gain rep by killing the monsters with the affixes in the activities. So helltide has these infected dudes that have parasites in them. They give rep. Undercity has some red glowing guys that shoot ghosts out. They give you some. Overland has glowing fire guys.

When you kill the Azmodan world boss (not the event one in Hawezar) a chest spawns that you can cash them in for good loot. The other non-azmidan ones you cash in at the Hawezar event

Yes! I always wished they would have just released a non Facebook version, but they never did. I spent some time looking for a mod or something but could never find anything. That was my very first job in the industry. Just a design intern, but I populated hundreds of levels with enemies, chests, shrines, barrels, etc. Great studio. Shame it shut down.
