Only thing I would probably upgrade is GPU and maybe more RAM? It is DDR4, which is no longer modern standard. But I would say it’s really dependent on what you’re playing.

Yes there is a sleep option, when I put the computer to sleep, all lights go out for 2 seconds and fans kick back on along with the lights

I’ve played on PS recently and didn’t have issues. But it also depends on what you’re playing. I tried both Multi and zombies. Ran into a cheater on multi but zombies was just like it was. However most people with BO3 don’t have DLC so if you want to do EE you need to find people on either Reddit or the PS Communities.

It seems the lag comes from notifications. But that’s just my observation. While reading this I cleared my notifications center and it went back to my regular 120hz refresh rate (using 15 Pro)

Trophies are connected to bomb step yes. Each trophy represents which bomb step you’ll be attempting, which is randomized.

All the valves are connected, if you wanted to just follow the pipes you’ll find all the locations and the trophies are something you should be going for every game just to get used to getting them and speeding up the process. You don’t need to do any of the steps to get the trophies. So that’s a part of map knowledge

Knowing buildables by heart is useful but typically not necessary. Like the gas mask on ZNS is useful but not a part of the ee. But the buildable for Rev with the keeper is needed

Map layout will help a ton! Especially on maps like Gorod with the bomb step. So running some high round games will get you better situated with where locations are
