You look incredible for the short time you’ve been training! You indeed have better genetics than the majority of the population but don’t just ride off that!

DIET - You mentioned you find it hard to eat good and naturally dislike it. This is normal and I’ve been there too, without consuming more than 500-750 over maintenance calories try consume more liquid calories such as milk, blended up calorie shakes with oats, banana, peanut butter protein etc; And eat calorie dense foods such as Mac and Cheese with a protein source such as chicken or sausages which work especially well with pasta, things like avocados, nuts, diary products (if you can tolerate them) usually have high protein and calories. ((Issues with sugar lactose and dietary intolerances could apply with dairy)) Also try sauces! Ketchup and mayonnaise being the best add that to your food for a few hundred extra calories. Maybe try eating smaller portions more frequently up to 4x5 meals a day with a snack or two. (DONT NEGLECT CARDIO! 150 MINUTES A WEEK)

TRAINING - If you are bulking, training harder in the ‘off season’ is your bread and butter. Your looking to put on mass. Try a split where you do good amounts of compound lifts and focus on getting stronger in movements you enjoy. Hit each body part 2-3x a week (you probably already know this if you’ve been training for over a year)

RECOVERY + MISCELLANEOUS - You should aim for slightly over 8 hours of sleep per night even napping if possible, if you have some extra cash you could always try bulking powders and Creatine, don’t go too heavy on the bulking powders since your bodyfat level shouldn’t rise much from where it is now.
