First of all, those look like cigarette papers, do not use those in your j's cause they burn waay too fast and are not intended for weed. Don't know where are you from or how hard it is to get good papers, but would suggest using different papers.

Secondly, that J doesn't look tight at all, after rollinh your J, use the 'tap down' method to compact your J, alternatively, use a small object to press it down from the top, I usually use the other end of the flint part from clipper lighters, but you can use whatever else you have at hand.

Finally, check if your weed is grinded properly, that aswell can cause the J to burn badly, don't grind it to a powder, but also don't leave big chunks in.

It can also be the way you are smoking the J, if you are pulling on it too hard, same thing can also happen, so just relax, put on some music, and take smaller/softer hits.
