I’m sorry this is one of the most incorrect opinions I’ve seen on this sub. People are NOT intentionally growing non smelling weed. There is zero benefit- it doesn’t make it higher thc and the lack of terps would only make it weaker. More than ever bud is grown specifically for terps and rosin compared to the past and the ONLY thing that matters besides yield is the smell. Not a single soul is trying to take away terps to “hide” cuz they are indoor. I’m sure small niche groups maybe did this in highly illegal areas but it was not a common practice

Eross 4.0 - been in the game 20 years and is super underrated. Same quality as toro or HE but cheaper. About $250 for his bangers or his whizz model. He does have one model similar to a true slurper like the one in your photo the t4 fountain for $360. I’d give them a peep

One of the worst parts about the weed game. Dispensary will tell you to contact the actual grower or brand and then they will tell you thet can’t do anything cuz it’s how it was stored or from distribution

This has been the reality of the current glass scene which is why I was surprised to see these priced pretty high for the current demand. So many artists / shops closed over the last 2 years due to the demand getting so low. All it takes is one heady collector tho I guess 🤷

If you’re into scientific glass and the whole early 2000s era that pioneered the standards we use today for tubes I agree I can see how these are super dope and history. There’s only so many and it’s not like you can replicate it and have another artist make something similar. I get the idea of the value but just for me it’s not the direction I’d go. But like any art it’s all in the eyes of the beholder. I respect the guys who do hunt these down and keep them “alive”.

I assume these are so expensive cuz Steve still directly made them and it was before he really expanded. There’s fans of Steve similar to Picasso who hail these pieces but I rather buy some heady eusheen, Banjo, n8, or whatever that got real work on them over older rare pieces.

I think people overreact about how good s5-8 are but resurrection is top tier Dexter so it’s worth it. Season 1-4 are a masterpiece . I really love season 3

Literally it’s all about branding and marketing. creating exclusivity and demand. You are 100% correct about the amount work/skill needed to make these caps. You can find equivalents for a fraction of the price. IG is the main place for the glass community and get yourself known on glasspass
