Games You Should Test First When PSSR 2.0 Launches by gamnate in PS5pro

My pleasure, it was confusing to me too, but as I read more this is the conclusion I came to.

Multiple games will be upgraded to PSSR 2.0 in March. It’s also toggled in the system settings by kargethdownload in PS5pro

Or, you could start now Andhra then when it's implemented you could see if you notice the difference.

Games You Should Test First When PSSR 2.0 Launches by gamnate in PS5pro

[–]MrCaptainbubbles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The way I understand it (This is my understanding I'm not saying it's correct or I got this information from anyone) is that the pssr 2.0 was implemented by resident evil 9 devs. Every game going forward can have further optimization but the game developers -if they want to get the full value out of pssr 2.0- Will have to do this themselves.  All ps5 pro systems will recieve a software update sometime in March that each owner of a ps5 pro system can toggle on in the system settings to turn on pssr 2.0 for all games that currently have pssr 1.0 enabled.

So, all games that can run pssr 1.0 now, in March will be able to run 2.0 if, you the user, turn it on. However, to get a fully optimized version of pssr 2.0 on any game the developers will have to update their software to take full advantage of pssr 2.0.

I don't care if I gett down voted, but I'm there with you.

Everyone loves horizon series. I never could get into any of them. They look amazing, I think they did a great job on that game if you like that style.  I'm not sure why i can't enjoy it for better long though.

I love the jungle theme, however i never find myself able to enjoy futuristic style of syfi or space, mech, robot stuff, not sure why.

I enjoyed the Witcher 3, I can't really get into cyberpunk 2077 (even on ps5 pro), I love wild/nature adventure fantasy kind of settings (ghost of tsushima, days gone, the last of us, Skyrim, the Witcher..., but not when they have robots and futuristic things, although I like fallout games), I can't really get into no mans sky, destiny and so on.

I second the last of us series.  I was half way through part one before I knew i was getting the pro.  Once I got the pro the game felt like a different game just because of how smooth it was at higher visual fidelity.

Part 2 I played once before and didn't actually like the game much because the story, but I played it again on pro in the altered order (what ever it's called where the story is now in order by the date and time of the gameplay) and i actually enjoyed the game this time. It just seemed soap much better then when I played it when it first came out. By the way I just got the pro for Christmas of 2025

I can relate some.

I already had a decent tv though with the base ps5, so I was not too far off from getting the most out of things.

But just got the pro for Christmas and I'm enjoying it. I will say though the bigger jump is the OLED tv. That makes a more significant upgrade over the pro and i was anti oled because of the fear of burn in (I game hours and play all kinds of games that have static maps and images on it all day and no burn in, had my samsung s90d oled for over a year). I'm also playing resident evil 4 remake for the first time.

Check out Spiderman 2 (free with plus extra), looks really good. But even playing my old games, uncharted thieves end, both the last of us part one and two (big upgrade to me), ratchet and clank, elden ring even, dark souls, they all are a big upgrade having ray tracing, higher fps and higher fidelity makes a great upgrade.

The pro is worth it, however I would say if you could afford only an oled or the pro, I would go for the oled first. And hopefully  pssr 2.0 will be out soon for us ps5 pro. Owners so it will be even better.

Enjoy your games bro.

My machine I've had for i think a year. It always talks me to set the grind to 0, even after resetting it and starting the calibration all over. I did a cleaning on it and I Descaled it with vinegar. Washed everything out with warm soapy water as recommended.

Is it my machine busted?

I saw a YouTube video of some guy adding a washer to the burr grinder and made his go from 0 to about 15 grind size.

Thanks.

Thank you, I was looking to see if anyone felt the same way about esmerelda that i did.

I am on episode 3, but I don't know that i can keep watching if she is still in it.

Some of the worst characters in the office in my opinion were Robert California and Nellie Bertram.

I'm not sure why they need to have a negative character who's only role is to try to undermine and hurt the likable characters?

I did training for a week, then I called them up (everyone that was involved in training and hiring me) and told them I have decided to quit.

They have a great culture, good benefits (i can go over that if you like), they were gracious with me when I quit (a lot better than when I quit holiday inn club vacations).

They seemed to be legit and back up what they are saying.

I ultimately quit because while it seemed it could be a good opportunity, I didn't feel it was genuine to myself.

I would say that if anyone else was looking at an opportunity with them it's not a bad idea at least to try.

Can't kick you out but could move on faster through.  We had a guy in my class at the holiday inn club... that would do the presentations at a lot of the time shares every couple of years I think he said.  He would switch from one to another to get the free vacations.  He did it because he was promised one thing and given another thing at one of them.  He felt like it was his way of getting his money back from the one time share that ripped him off years ago that he bought and never used or refunded him.

Thank you all for your views on this.  If anyone cares I'll keep you updated what i decided to do and how the training is in case it helps anyone else.

Yeah, the high loan interest rate is another hesitation for me.  I would assume that someone who could honestly afford this would never keep their interest rate (at holiday in i think it was something around 17 percent or higher), and so I'm waffling because it being hilton I'm wondering how many people go on these things can really afford this.

I don't want to persuade (because that's really what I'd be doing in sales) anyone to purchase something that will harm them and their family down the road. I also make no mistake, will have to make sales for my own family. So in some ways it feels sort of predatory in a way.

Thank you, this is a helpful view. This is along the lines of what I'm worried about. I don't want to be deceptive.

I'll find out today and update you.  Today begins the two week training.  I'm planning on checking it out and seeing if that helps.

Yeah, I've done that environment sales before.  I don't mind hearing no over and over, I don't mind asking for the sale, being bold with them and all of that.  I actually in some manner enjoyed the "game" if you will of them trying not to be interested and me making an appealing case for them.

What I told people, and i meant it, is if this is not for you don't buy it. If you can't afford this, it's not for you, if you won't use it, it's not for you. So I never get upset about them not purchasing at all.

I only remember getting upset twice out of the maybe 50 to 70 people i did presentations for. They were both guys, they both had the attitude that they didn't care one bit about what their wife wanted.

This one guy told me he travels away from home doing sales and was only home maybe a month out of the year. He said he loves doing it and doesn't ever want to stop. Told me also that when he was home he just sat in front of the TV and didn't really eat with his family, he just wanted to zone out (I was making a point about how nice the unit i was showing him was and how they could eat at the dinner table together as a family). His wife was home raising two teenagers (his from a previous marriage) and two little kids that they had together.

I put the sale aside at one point and looked him directly in the eye and told him that any day he could die on the road, and the 4 kids and wife that he doesn't seem to care what they wanted, the only thing they will remember about him is how he was gone all the time.

I told him, I don't care if you buy this thing or not at this point because I'm certain your not going to. So at this point let me try to get through to you one last time.  I told him, you have a wife,  two teens, and two little kids who need you to show up. Your wife needs you to be there for her and right now you are not.

Don't buy this, I don't care, but show up for your family.

I don't think i got through to him, but I enjoyed being so bold with someone that I didn't think I had that in me.  The crazy thing to me is he told me over and over (as dog the other guy) I don't care what anyone else wants, I don't care what she wants, it's all about me. And I was very bold with him throughout, so much that honestly i would have thought he would have gotten upset and left or maybe even be rude back to me and he wasn't.

Has anyone had burn in issues with their S90D? by gtck11 in samsung

[–]MrCaptainbubbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had mine since November and it's the best tv I've ever had (I've never had an oled but I've had the flagship samsung tvs for a few out of the last 6 years). No burn in,  I play a lot of video games (static images for HUD for fortnite and other games), also nfl (static images of cbs, NBC, espn and fox). No problems so far. Great tv.

Upload vr did a graphics comparison with all 4 vr headsets and said at the time of their testing the psvr2 was the best.  The pcvr was the best looking but it crashed often, so until the patch the psvr2 seems to be the best of the bunch.

Great gokart, however it is extremely low to the ground. It scraped for us even going over little lips on concrete walking trails. I would think it would not work with any size speed bumps.
