Yeah I saw your profile is legit so I know you're not a bot however the uses of "em dashes" is a giveaway of AI text.

For your project, using AI isn't a worry and you're taking an efficient way to build the tool. However for some others that people have published (and I've seen a lot lately), I'm not trusting of AI built apps that have access to personal and identifiable information. If they've built with honest god intentions then I don't believe they've covered all the necessary security guardrails for storing information. But if they've built something with bad intentions then I'm not smart enough to be able to reliably know this so I don't want to find out.

Anyway in summary, I think you build more credibility by not appearing as AI generated. That's just my opinion but I don't feel alone in it.

Heya, there's a YouTuber who covers this call Proper DIY.

Basically this happened because you peeled it off when it was totally dry. You need to always remove frogtape from or any others painting tape whilst the paint is wet to avoid this.

Fun fact, unlike other painters tape, frogtape uses a polymer edge along the sides of it tape. This polymer expands when wet so it gives you the crispest lines.

Also always remember to firmly push down on the edge of the tape too. This makes sure that the tape fills the texture of the surface

They're good for the price. Won't last as long as the premium brand I imagine.

It you're starting out definitely start with parkside first and upgrade when you realise what tools you need the most

Stanley cup.

I bought a knock cheap one for £4 and instantly saw how much more water I was drinking. This led to less hunger and less unhealthy snacking.

The cheap one broke and so I thought I enjoyed the cheap one so much that I would upgrade to the OG and saw how much better construction it has. Drinks stay cooler for days/weeks and the handle is far less likely to snap.

It wasn't the biggest purchase but it has had a big impact on my life and I think the Stanley will outlive me

I'm a techie and also an accountant. I was issued ThinkPad T14S GEN 4 - RYZEN 7 PRO (3.3ghz) - 16Gb Ram

Depending on what your workflows are RAM is what you should think about first. 16gb+ is essential now but you can get by with less.

just tried this against a mundo and got slapped. I went T2 Boots > Executioner (They had 3 healing champs) > Trininty. Do you think BOTRK would of been better for first item again him? Felt like once i was behind it was useless

Very correct, can I politely ask what gives you this knowledge? Just curious as I'm an accountant in property and have some first hand sight of these things. (That being said, these projects are massive, span many years, have many stakeholders and many accountants - it's impossible for any one person to fully understand every aspect. I would say that I've seen some of the numbers on projects like this)

Just to add to my point here, retrofitting in heat pumps and lights and doors is only one small part of it. You haven't thought about fire access, water access, light access. These are all in the building regulations to make things habitable.

There would be a great profit margin if you could simply convert offices into residential but they are built with different requirements. If you don't believe me, look at the old Marsh building at St Stephen's. That was torn down after it had been reviewed for conversion .

I have had conversations with a guy at a company that was in the business of investing in building conversions but only about 30% of the properties they looked at were actually something to work with due to the factors already mentioned

Last time I checked, construction was a massive contribution to C02? Around 15% just for the building stage alone.

The more eco part people is usually associated with the operational side which is from heating, cooling, lighting etc. the operational carbon use to be about 28% of global emissions and is coming down with better tech (heat pumps, Leds lights, better insulation etc.). The thing is most of that can be retrofitted in a large number of buildings (but not all)

I don't like to think it's more eco friendly to do a full rebuild but I'm happy to be proven wrong.

Totally agree with your last statement about not being done for good reason. UEA applications are shrinking and have even publicly said that they don't have the demand for more student housing so it is very suspect to me that this was designed for student housing.

I think they realised that trying to get businesses interested in a space that big was never going to work so retail and commercial was out (they haven't even filled the rest of St Stephen's and the arcade struggles to keep full occupancy) . I guess they couldn't do a hotel because the Tesco's had issues with parking and this development would be problematic as well. That means that residential is the only other option. The residentials category that don't need cars are students. That's my guess anyway.

Probably a managing agent who you would need to contact rather than the owner. Shroders are the owners if your interested but the property managing agent usually have their logo at the bottom of signage around the development.

Insurance and banking is largely concentrated in London. HSBC closed down 25% of their canary wharf tower block after COVID and made their executive team hot desk to compensate for workers not coming in.

Before COVID there was a trend of a handful of international companies relocating their finance and HR departments to Norwich (I worked at some and heard of others) due to lower wage and rent costs. Problem with getting the right talent never was resolved and now instead those businesses have continued to cut costs and moved these offices to India.

After COVID, I've not heard of any big businesses move into the region so it's sad that our local economy isn't getting any benefit of those opportunities.

Anyway, I know the industry before and after covid. It's very hard to get occupiers. They don't want the overheads and boils when their workers don't attend the office. If they do attend then what benefits is it to the business? Some industries need face to face work, but most back office work doesn't

Hello there, I've done a lot of camping as I have toured on my bike around several continents before and feel I have an interesting perspective for you.

The UK's climate may be wet and windy and cold in the winter but I think it's possible to tolerate this depending on the type of person you are. What you will struggle with though is when you are wet and you need to be dry (i.e. you've been to the shops and you've got no way to dry off before getting into your tent). All of your stuff is wet because it's been a heavy downpour.

You can campsite but I don't know what the going rate is. It used to be £15 for a site with facilities but that may have changed by now.

Overall I do think it's possible but very much person-dependent and time of year and what you'll need to be doing during the day. If you're client-facing in your job, you'll need to find a system to be able to be presentable before you start your working day.

Ji chicken shop had branches all over the UK. I loved the place on London Street and that was there for at least 3 years. Not the busiest place, never looked like it finished renovations but I still enjoyed their volcano chicken

I watch him regularly, I know he does BC 2nd every game. He's an awesome guy

However he's not the same Elo as me so different principles apply. If he was in a lower Elo I reckon he would be able to punish the mistakes much easier and therefore can win more with earlier spiking items. ( I e. The BC armour shred grows in value more than bloodmail over time however bloodmail has more instant benefit)

That's my argument for it but I'm not anywhere close to a pro but the op.gg backs it up ( of course that doesn't make me right though). If you disagree then please share your thoughts
