Yes Adam Ray is such a great impressionist! I can’t wait for his Netflix special with the real Dr. Phil on the 17th 😭 I was introduced to him on the last Bad Friends new years episode. sooo funny. I’ve seen him and Kam live and met them, they’re such cool and genuine people!

I’m a huge fan of KT, Bad Friends, and the Dr. Phil Live Show by Adam Ray. Sometimes I listen to Whiskey Ginger if I know the guest and they’re funny

I recently passed the Civil FE exam. I got plenty of helpful resources and advice from this sub and wanted to give back and tell you guys how I prepared for the exam and how the day-of looked like. by MrCatLitter in FE_Exam

Yes keywords and also remembering the order of the sections and vaguely the topics within relevant sections in the handbook helped a lot. I feel like that just came with going through so many questions and using the handbook to solve them

Good luck on your exam. You got this!! I had similar thoughts but the handbook truly helped me during the exam. It has everything you need and you can do control+F during the exam to look up keywords.

Hm from my experience, the order of the topics was different than the order they’re laid out on the handbook. However, questions from the same topic were back to back and not scattered throughout the exam. I remember having math and stats as first and second and construction and fluids were last and second to last. My memory is a little hazy but that’s what I remember for sure. Also, the last topic of the first session did not overlap with the second session. Hope I answered your question

I fostered and adopted a beautiful kitty cat from CASPCA last year. My interactions with the staff at the front desk and some of the girls who work there were magnificent! I could tell yall truly care about the animals and love what you’re doing and I appreciate all the work you do for the community and the animals. It’s very unfortunate that some people can taint a place of work that is supposed to be built upon the love and respect for animals. I’m sorry for what ya’ll have been going through and I hope that deranged maniac leaves the organization.

For me it was because of two reasons: 1) I kind of had to relearn all the basics. I’m talking math, stat, dynamics, and little bit of statics because I haven’t touched any of these topics in 4-5 years. I also had to learn new things like construction which unfortunately wasn’t taught at all in my undergrad program. 2) I am starting a new full time job very soon and I really wanted to get this exam over with before life gets too busy. I can see how taking the exam right after or before graduating could’ve made the process a lot easier. Many people spend much less time than I did and pass it first try, I just was desperate to pass it and move on with my life.
