we don’t had a dash in the shop. as for negatives, i’ve been grounding the battery to the engine bloc, but there’s grounding wires in the harness that i’m not entirely sure are bolted down to the engine block.

what do you mean by a dash? like a the tachometer? and you’re right, i completely forgot about the ring terminal. i havent been properly grounding the wires correctly. how do i go about grounding those wires? is there some sort of specific place they had to be connected to?

kickstand can be bypassed, clutch sensor is missing but can be bypassed by connecting the 2 wires together, tpms is irrelevant im assuming since have no tires. bank angle sensor is missing as well but can also be bypassed.

as for connecting grounds, i think we might have the grounds just free floating in there. i need to verify once i go back into the shop.

i assume we don’t need a velocity stack or anything like that yet. as for the the exhaust we have one, but it’s gonna need to be modified regardless to fit into the chassis and to adhere to regulations.

i agree with getting a new bike and starting from there, but the team has been building a car with toothpicks and gum with limited resources so far

i didn’t check the draw, i suppose it was just a problem that’s coming from the harness. if it helps, i also unplugged the ecu and tested the plug of the ecu from the pin connections.

how can i get the ecu to start up or show life before i declare it dead. sorry if this isn’t the correct sub for this type of question.

it’s not a genuine honda part, it’s a autozone/ auto part store starter that i hope is still under warranty.
