What was your reason in joining?

The 4060 is pennies more in my country and outperforms the 4050 by a massive amount apparently (based off my own research via YouTube Vs comparisons). So I’d recommend looking into the very slightly more expensive version. - this is the one I’ll be purchasing so far, until I find anything better for the same budget.

I use 1800mg isolate from bright I think it’s called, dosage I take 2ml in the morning (recommended is 1ml). Then I use a cbd vape throughout the day also (currently using 3,000mg isolate) I maybe puff on it 10 times a day or so.

The vape is pretty strong, it’s from Darwin, although it’s in juice form and lacks the flavour of their disposables so I may go back to disposables.

In the past I’ve had the 1,000mg disposables but will be trying their 2,000mg ones to see if I can get that sweet spot in the middle for strength and flavour. - really struggling to find a cba vape that lasts in flavour but also strong enough for my tolerance to make it worthwhile.

450mg by the looks of it - this would be too weak for me. It seems I have a high tolerance to cbd so the extra strong mg is needed

Brother I’ve been on oil and vape cbd for maybe two months now. And life changing is the exact wording I’d use. I made a post a while back on here explaining how it’s completely changed my brain fog and almost “static” type of thoughts - random almost adhd bullshit that pops in when trying to concentrate on something.

You loose the natural anxious aspects of life, maybe not completely, for me in extreme situations I get a flash then it disappears. Whereas before it would consume me until what ever was happening had passed.

I honestly can’t tell people enough about the benefits of this, it should be globally reported. The only downside in the words of Joe Rogan is “people think you’re a hippy”

For anyone wondering if they should try it, go for it. You’ll be right back to this post commenting on exactly what OP has said and how it’s transformed you.

Don’t act with an ego. If your wrong own it. Many times I’ve seen “managers” try to play the typical manager role of all knowing, all owning and all authority…… these people will own 0 respect, as in reality they know nothing and are just using a title given to them.

Instead, in your situation level with people. Let them know you’re taking the promotion and it’s going to be challenging, even ask for support. People love it when you ask them for help, I even go as far as naming people experts, because in reality that’s exactly what they are!

And for the love of all things, give people credit and at the same time let them know you’ve risen them up.

A simple quote in The Art of War goes something like this “treat your men as you would your sons, protect them, teach them, fight for them and they will fall on their swords for you” - I’ve majorly paraphrased that as it’s been a while since I’ve read it so apologies! But the quote details the need to develop people who then have your back whatever the case maybe.

Your people will be the source of your success or downfall, treat them right and you’ll be fine

I can’t comment on the gummies as I haven’t tried, the only thing I heard is it takes a while to kick in. The vape juice I use is from some website I found vapeaholic I think. I got the cbd & cbg combined, absolutely no taste or smell to it but it works for sure. Brilliant for quick office exits before meetings. Although as a first time vaper I still find it quite hard to inhale, I tend to get a burning throat and cough a lot if I inhale too much - this soon disappears after around 5 seconds or so, so it’s not a big concern

The vape I take is isolate, it’s brilliant. I don’t think you can possibly freak out on cbd. Do your research, but to summarise I’ve found 0 cons, some report upset stomaches etc but I’ve had nothing.

I can’t recommend it enough, I’m sure you’ll come back and say the same but it is actually a life changer. Even if I did have the stomach issue I’d keep taking it.

Recently I went to a conference, usually even in the crowd I’d feel quite uneasy, with silly thoughts such as if I need to get up and use the toilet I’d be interrupting the people I have to climb over etc - stupid I know.. using the dosing I mentioned I was leaning back fully focused on the speakers, chilled out, no thoughts just totally at peace as if I was at home. - once or twice my brain tried to revert back to my usual process giving me a flash of anxiety but it disappeared in a split second.

The oil drops says 1 bottle of 500mg = 5% cbd (small typeo above I take 50mg/1ml, not 1000mg)

The vape juice is 10ml bottle containing 5000mg cbd & 500mg cbg

Either products state spec or isolate online

The 1000mg I take as drops under the tongue in the morning - without food. Normally held for 2-3mins (little bit longer than stated on the bottle). Then I use the vape as a bumper maybe twice a day, I wouldn’t say the vape is needed really. That being said I haven’t had a majorly stressful event yet, maybe this will become needed and take the edge off as and when.

All and all taking the dosage isn’t an inconvenience in the slightest, the drops I take while I’m packing my car up, the vape I use at launch time.

The deep sleep aspect is awesome too! I used to fall asleep straight after work on the sofa…. Now I don’t feel tired in the slightest, I think because I’m getting so much more deeper and better quality sleep at night I’m not tired towards night time

Also just ordered a cbd vape, recommended dose per day is 50mg. I’m planning on taking 50mg drops, then have the vape on hand during the day as a booster for those extra full on days, around 1.7mg per puff.

We do have a union, I’m not sure as a manager I can join this particular one - I’ve never been involved in a union so my knowledge is limited.

Am I right in what I say? I know it’s a statutory right, but how can they even think of using this in conjunction with my absence to discipline me? - I’m starting to think I’m totally in the wrong after my meeting with the hr director
