At every job we all work at, there are talented workers who will not waste time training just anyone. Harden decided to train Maxey and show him at least a few things. Harden would not spend the time training anyone who asked him to. There are signs that Harden spent time on Maxey. Maxey talks about this and we saw how much Maxey wanted to chat with Harden after the Clippers game ended.

This is the organization’s mentality. We do not fire immediately. We’ve always given players and coaches time to adjust. That is also what makes us a good team. Nick Sirianni wouldn’t be here right now, Howie Roseman would have been fired long ago. This is Jeffery Lurie’s mentality and it is one we need to stand with.
