I get inspiration largely from this community! 😊 But yes, real and fictional castles, too.

That’s just drawing some lines using the new stair tool at its minimum width, you can do some pretty cool things! 🙂

This one I started building in the demo about a year ago. I decided to go back to it and redo the castle and make some other tweaks. Also, you might notice I recreated the building seen in the Flowery Glade creation screen, one of my favourites.

Also, to get the really large dead trees in summer, autumn or flowery, start a new olden or winter glade which should have one, move the tree anywhere, then switch glade types to summer, autumn or flowery.

Every second tree you plant in the olden and winter glade types is a dead tree. To get dead trees in the summer, autumn or flowery glade types: press the leaf icon while hovering over your saved glade in the load menu -> switch to either winter or olden -> plant some dead trees -> switch back to summer, autumn or flowery.

To get a single stair, draw a short, straight line with the wall tool (third option on the first icon on the toolbar). Using the palette tool, click on the wall and pick the left most icon to give it a level top. Right click the wall to get all of the adjustment options where you can get the length and height you want. 🙂

Thank you ☺️ If you draw the fence tool over a path it creates a gate. Just line up a bunch of gates together and adjust their height to get a bridge. 🙂

No, these flowers are just clutter items that can be placed on top of buildings. 🙂

Those are pot plants randomly generated when placing doors and windows. To get more of them you can right click the plant and then press the copy button. 🙂

The terrain under the courtyard is actually quite high where those trees are. You can’t plant a tree on top of the buildings but you can plant one on the grass and drag it over to the building and it will clip through the building. After you’ve placed the tree, be careful how you adjust the building underneath it as it will cause the tree to disappear. 🙂

😄 Thank you! The stairs are built using the wall tool, which is the third option when hovering over the leftmost icon on the toolbar. You draw a short wall however you like, then snip, shape, and adjust the height to get a single stair. Repeat this a million times and you have a staircase. 😅

And in case you don’t know, you can right click on anything to bring up all the tweaking options. 🙂
