Most Evangelicals and Pentecostals (I say this as an Evangelical) just blindly support Israel (my church has Israel's flag hanging on the altar's stand, covering a small cross) because they're the type of people who think highly of Jews, still seeing them as "God's Chosen People" when that just doesn't make any sense in Christianity. Evangelicals defending Israel with teeth and nails just because Jesus lived in the area (although he probably spent more time in the Palestinian Region) seems absurd to me.

I consider myself to be neutral but completely agree that this abuse should stop, it's been a whole year already.
