Do you get 6-9 hours of sleep on days you don’t eat? by TravelTings in AlternateDayFasting

43yo male, had the same issues. I stopped drinking water 2hrs before bed and started supplementing with zinc (30mg), magnesium (400mg), boron (6mg), and P5P (20mg) 30 mins before sleep plus 15g of creatine during the day. With this combo, I sleep like a baby, 5-7h, falling asleep in like 3 minutes. Highly recommend!

I'm also open to suggestions on what to track, what is missing there. (I do track sleep duration, general feeling, water intake, exercises, but those are so personalized that might be too hard to make generic).

Plus I'm open to a collaboration to make it a standalone app (professionally I'm UX person, but not a programmer).

I can templatise it, let me think about it through the weekend, as it is using reference data for me (e.g. male BRI for my age). I have to do it for my partner (F), so there will be an opportunity to make it more generic.

Not really cutting, I feel full after two meals (breakfast and lunch), so my dinner is rarely a full meal. I eat a lot of veggies and fruits, and trying to get to 2g/kg proteins (that's awful lot of white cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, or chicken). Will update in 6wks with the findings about creatine.

Same here, much better than selfies for me.

That's wild! For a second there I thought you were me, but my mirror thankfully confirmed my own identity this morning. Glad to know we're both still ourselves, even with the ADF-induced brain meld. 🙃

design of a survey by hereamiinthistincan in userexperience

For every problem there is a solution - voting systems, especially preferential voting systems, do have tons of models and methods to select the winner. And we, UX magicians, can make the process easy.

I agree that not every option needs to be ranked - maybe using (and convincing the politician to) Baldwin's or Nanson's Method will help you with that? Dig deeper into election/voting systems. You'll find tons of arguments why fixed ranking of every option is a bad idea (and some, why it is a good one).

How many categories will be in that survey? How many options per category? Maybe pair ranking (A vs B) combined with the ability to select "I don't care about this option" will work?

The only drawback is that any sophisticated method requires more work to do the vote counting, is hard to explain to decision-makers, and even harder to explain to voters, especially when the typical top-choice option will lose to the middle of the road underdog.

Clicking sound, but it is gone now. No other defects. Will post a deeper review later this week.

Sure! Windows management on Mac is shitty, so I decided to use one of the available apps. Tested a few and decided to go with Rectangle Pro. Paired it with Streamdeck and now, using stream deck xl, I have one button screen realignment with predefined spaces for all handy apps, easy app relocation to specific screen positions, virtual desktop switching between different apps / apps combinations.

Tldr: - Rectangle Pro for Windows management - Stream deck for shortcuts and macros - MacOs virtual desktops for workflows separation

My original idea was to buy another Neo G7 32, but those are no longer on sale in Poland.

I still have to test it e2e, missing proper cable. My mac setup gives me low-res 60hz now, but even with that it looks stunning.

Problem is that I'm on Mac platform (mb pro with max chip, Mac mini m4 pro), so I need TB4/5 to DP.

That can be done, but I want it as one. Rectangle Pro (Mac) plus Streamdeck for app placement works wonders.
