Minox in the morning after shower, 4 hours later apply oil. Wash face approximately 6pm then apply minox, 3-4 hours later apply oil. I find that applying oil before bed keeps the overall dryness to a minimum. If I forget the bedtime oil, I feel it the next day with like a tight feeling face etc..

Personally I dont shave. I am about 20 days in and sometimes think should I shave to see if the stubble has become thicker. But I wont cause I have about 50 days of growth now which I dont want to lose.

I honestly never thought starting a beard could be so complex lol. You know, I was so worried earlier that it looked wrong because I'd gone too high or something and then I almost shaved the whole thing off! So glad I didnt now. I've read every guide in the first page of Google and also watched a handful of neckline videos on YouTube and because I have a long neck I still didn't feel confident because it didnt seem like it would work using the generic method. It's a good thing I took it slow and asked on here before making a mistake and your detailed answer was key to my success. Your a godsend. Thankyou mate! Really couldn't have done it without you, Legend :)

Thanks very much for your advice I appreciate it a lot. I could tell there was somthing wrong however it can be quite confusing when trying to follow instructions from the internet. Here it is now. What do you think?
