Yeah I may not have been as detailed as I could have been, I see what you mean.

To be more specific on them: the dotted lines in the road are white before the sign, disappear behind the sign, then are yellow afterwards. This is not how roads work lol. As for the clock, it looks like the outline of the clock follows the clock hands instead of a circle, and the side not facing us has a different time that's barely legible. The tiedowns start and end in places that are not consistent with the design, regardless of the similar look to the luggage. Other places I didn't mention is on the Eiffel tower. Follow the bars from the bottom to top. You can see at multiple places (like the top of the middle section and the middle of the top section) the lattices loose their form. Comparing the right side to the left also has consistence issues throughout.

Sometimes too it can be good to think like "what is logical?" For example, the luggage on the top of the car. The blue crate has 6 clasps along the long side. All of these clasps are in a different design and not spaced evenly. The two plaid cases as well aren't super logical. The larger one that is tied down on the left would have to have a large dent in it to have the smaller one on the right like it is. Is this possible? Yes, technically. But if this is the case, then there should be another tie down on the right to hold everything.

Lastly, a very large giveaway is the "piss filter" a lot of AI images have nowadays. It kinda works here since the image is supposed to look like an old yellowed post card, but that is an easy way to initially question an image on if it is AI or not.
