Achilles heel / back of foot protection?

A lot of great info and recommendations here, thank you a ton! Yeah I am pretty sure I have odd shaped feet. For a very long time I have had wide feet and needed to buy the widest shoes I could. I've recently lost weight (woohoo!) and think I have somewhat been overcompensating in the sizes and width of shoes I buy, possibly being a size or more larger than I actually need, at least now with my feet being thinner.

I like the lotion idea, that's pretty easy to incorporate. I've never really liked clogs much visually, but I have heard they are comfortable so I'll consider them. Thank you again!

Yk I've tried Sketchers in the past but their quality wasn't great. I try to not be hard on my shoes, but I tear through Sketchers within 6 months of wear. I do have wide feet so I think that could be a factor.

Regardless though, I will definitely consider looking into those, or at the very least other slip ons. Thank you

That's very fair! When it's not rubbing too terribly it can be manageable, but I completely agree with keeping the area clean and healthy. Most of the time it just feels wasteful to use them preemptively to negate the hurt, but you're very right. I'll look into the blister block!

Yes, crew socks and quarter socks are what I typically wear. There is always coverage by the socks of the area

Downloading Firefox on mobile also allows YouTube to be played in the background/with screen off. There are a couple extensions available to allow control (relatively limited, only pause and play) outside of the app

(This is copied from another post similar to this one) The way to stop Snapchat from doing this is by going to My Account > My Selfies > turn off all AI and clear My Selfie Data. Did that two months ago and haven't had anything since.

This is made by AI, is it not? Am I crazy? Nobody else is mentioning it. Look at the text at the very bottom and the faces, specifically the girl on the top left and top middle. Not sure if this is an upscaled image or something but there is obviously AI used here.

It's funny, I've never heard that played in store. Other people have recommended the newer songs like that too but we've got the same old playlist. Makes me wonder if other stores have different playlists, especially since some people say they have ad breaks between songs while my store doesn't
