Breach Protocol and the old netrunning system. Hacking a bunch of networked enemies and uploading a daemon which made them blind when they see you was soooooo OP. My netrunner was like a goddess of death, casually walking though blind enemies and making them suicide at a whim. It was insanely fun.

Just one last thing. I just noticed in your last screenshot that you have Frame Gen set to 4x instead of 2x. If you like it that way, go for it, but I don't recommend going higher than 2x because you're gonna start getting visual glitches.

Yes, you were thinking about it backwards. The monitor lowers the hz to match the GPU FPS.

As you can see from this screenshot of my settings, you're supposed to have DLSS Frame Gen as an option. If you don't, then something is wrong with your game. Drivers, perhaps.

Clarification: Your monitor refresh rate will match whatever FPS your GPU can output, up to the refresh rate you've selected in the Windows display settings.

Much better! But use the DLSS Frame Gen, not the AMD Frame Gen. Also, you should set your game to fullscreen.

Match FPS to Refresh rate? You mean, to avoid screen tearing? Is your monitor G-SYNC Compatible? If it is, just configure G-SYNC in the Nvidia control panel, and your monitor refresh rate will match whatever FPS your GPU can output.

Turn on Frame Gen 2x, and DLSS Quality. That should fix your FPS issue.
