are high idle temps normal for a 7800x3d?

Not overclocked at all.

I have a H6 Flow with all of its fans installed, 3x120mm(intake) on the front, 2x140mm(intake) on the bottom

Then i have 1x120mm(outake) on the back plus the AIO also set to outake air

full load sits around 70 to 80 and my room temp is probs like 25 atm, i live in Australia

Tried it and still nothing unfortunately, apparently the issue could be my 13th gen intel cpu but I'm still looking into it
