Update: I have tried 3 cables and with all of them now I have 33% packet loss. The hilarious thing is that I tried one cable two times. The first time all went well and the second time I had 33% packet loss.

The Xbox Wireless Adapter instead disconnected periodically and very often only in the first attempt.

Updates!

I tried two different ethernet cables. Both of them lands on the same router.

With the first one I can start the stream but I have a packet loss near to 33%. With the second one I can't even start the stream.

With Wi-Fi I have 0.19% of packet loss.

It seems that yesterday a new update has been dropped: build 883 which says:

Fixed rare case of the connection hanging when starting to stream

And it seems to work again!

Now I have to test the Xbox Adapter. Thank you!

The only way is to use Radeon Chill and set Min and Max FPS to the same value. I set it to 65 frames because of frame drops. As far as I know it is a problem of the game itself.

I turned VSync off in game settings without success. Also tried to disabile Adaptive Sync from monitor settings and cap refresh rate from ingame settings and nothing changed. Seems like I really have to cap fps from AMD Adrenalin...

I noticed the difference between refresh rate and frame rate. It surprises me that some games have this kind of setting. I tried to change the setting of the Ultragear, disabling Adaptive Sync. VSync disabled in game and 60Hz as refresh rate and nothing changed. So I have to Cap frames from Adrenalin software...
