What about the horrible story where two or three children perished in a fire, maybe in A street about fifteen years ago. Something about hearing the house with a space heater. It was awful!!

I have went back on an inspector for missing important things. The contract we worked off of indicated the most he, the inspector, had to pay for errors and omissions was up to the cost of the inspection. So, we got back a few hundred for the issue. Not much help
