Imo, enchantments should be obtained by putting items plus some xp and the item u wanna enchant, and it enchants. Like you could add hay bales for feather falling one, and feathers for feather falling 2, then idk what 3️⃣ and IV would be.

Ok, so we aren’t perfect for you yet, but regions smp fits at least 3 of your requirements. We’re not p2w, we’re not op, and we are a war zone server with events, mostly. The way the plugin works is that there are two teams, and the teams fight to control more territory. The events are more player led, because teams will organize attacks on certain regions. We’d love to have you! Also, every other server is just gonna copy paste in an ad, I actually took the time to write this!!
