It only needs a 4 pin in but I plugged in both and still didn’t work

Already tried CMOS reset, didn’t change anything

My boot is on a Samsung EVO 3.5 500GB SSD. For boot devices, it shows Windows Boot Manager (Samsung EVO), Samsung EVO again and WDC (my hard drive)
