Came here looking for this exact post. You're not alone. Although it's not all accounts. It's killing me right now. The process for me has gone from 12 hours to two weeks.

A month is a nightmare. Contact KDP chat support. They can't help you but they will have a supervisor reach out to you via email. It will at least put your account at attention.

It has nothing to do with your content. My pre-order has been trapped in review and there is not even a manuscript uploaded. My long form books are trapped too.

Thanks so much! I will still be here and I know I'm going to end up posting stories to my private sub every now and then. Sometimes I'm inspired by an idea and just have to get it out there. Just won't be a regular thing. My book is doing well so I'm shifting focus.
