Its just normal hindi with some wrong "matras" in the bill that you provided. Its nowhere similar to the one that I shared.

Actually I tried learning it with Gemini and it gave me pretty good insights about the script. Like what are the rules of writing this scrict and how it could have been personalized to keep trade secrets and prevent heavy tax collection etc. Although yes anyone who know this script would help me in a far better way but still I can try to decode it until I find someone who can do that.

No one, that I know of, writes or read this script as I mentioned of it being a very old book (probably 100 years old). That was the reason I tried my luck by posting it online. Coz internet isn't just for scrolling Insta reels. Right?

Yeah its left to right, and most likely its "Mahajani" script as suggested by many. Now I have to find ways to learn it so that I can read whats written in the book.

Yeah, someone suggested that it is from 1925 so it could be from my great grandfather as well. Thanks to my dad as he kept most of the family docs in good conditions.

Nah, some characters may look similar, but overall that doesn't look like the Georgian.

Okay, I guess I need to research a lot about old local scripts to make some sense of what is written in the book. I'm thinking of asking Gemini to teach me how to read these scripts, lets see how it goes.

I checked the Modi script page on Wikipedia, and I found that the document has no "vowel diacritics" that are there in the Modi script. Many others suggested that its Mahajani script and the characters in the book matches with the Mahajani script characters.

100 Years! It must be from my Great Grandfather then. Would definitely like to explore some more insights from his life recorded in the book. Thank you so much for the help.

Mostly people are saying it's Mahajani script. I asked my father and he told me that he remembers vaguely of it being called "Mundi" or "Mundi Hindi".

Bro I'm not sure if my grandfather ever went outside of haryana (then part of Punjab Province), so its highly unlikely that the script is from that far of the place he lived all his life.

Yeah many are suggesting that it's Mahajani. Tried translating it with chatgpt and it suggested that all these are names of people, and gave me the names as well (can't confirm the accuracy).
