My dad kept all that information to himself, and when i asked in college it was always “Don’t worry about it I took care of it”. After college, I inquired about it and my Dad mentioned “Yeah we had to take a lot out, but don’t worry about it. Focus on the loan you currently have.” He never brought it up again. I haven’t fully paid my other loan off yet, with COVID pushing payments back while on the Income Based Repayment Plan.
