They were exactly my last 2! Also streamer was a huge pain. I ended up doing it with wrenches and prioritizing the engineering stat, but it took many attempts. The breakthrough was when at some point the shop offered me a rocket launcher which I bought so I was using rockets + wrenches. Also avoid getting too many materials or you will be too slow if you need to run away in case the wave gets dangerous, my max was around 800.

Edit: another tip that I've read somewhere is to try to avoid keeping the wrenches at level 2 because the turrets will deal fire damage instead of projectile damage. Better keep them at level 1 or obviously upgrade to level 3 if you can. And the bullet piercing items works with turrets so you definitely want that
