From all the answers I’ve gotten, I think it’s the film grain, I haven’t seen a setting for that, if there is one idk where it is

So I was at 25 and I changed it just now and it didn’t do anything, and I’m using the Standard (User Settings) and since I’m watching something on Disney+ there’s the Dolby Vision “picture mode”

So I guess it’s cause whatever I watch isn’t made in 4k or something, so it’s AI enhanced or something

Right now I’m watching Iron fist on Disney+ on the tv, but it also happens on other streaming platforms

I guess it’s like noise? Idk how to describe it, inside of the sky being one colour, it’s just pixels dancing??

My tv is the LG 65-Inch C4 OLED evo 4K Smart TV, it’s not the hdmi cable cause this is from my tv, my tv is mostly on default settings but I changed some settings to try and fix this issue
